Job Description
We are seeking instructors to lead various after-school activities in Shanghai. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. We encourage both men and women to apply. This position is open to both part-time and full-time applicants.
Eligibility
- Current residence in Shanghai/China is essential.
- Applicants must have the right visa status permitting work in China.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-5 classes weekly, each lasting approximately 1 hour.
- Deliver exceptional instruction and guidance to students.
- Foster a safe, positive learning environment.
- Engage in effective communication with parents about student progress.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English.
- A genuine passion for working with children, particularly those under 10 years of age, with at least one year of experience in a similar setting.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekend classes if needed.
