The Zeitgeist Christkindlmarkt is back in the courtyard outside Zeitgeist in Tonglefang. This is the original location where the Zeitgeist team and German Events started doing Christmas markets (they are also behind the big Christmas market on the Rockbund). The Zeitgeist market starts December 1st and runs all the way until December 24th (closed Mondays to Thursdays).

After a long break the infamous Jing’an Christmas market by Zeitgeist is back to bring the magic of Christmas to our courtyard.

The market will run from December 1st until 24th with breaks on Monday and Tuesday.
Come and enjoy our cozy Christmas market hidden within the courtyard of Tonglefang.

Treat yourself to delicious foods & drinks and shop for your perfect Christmas gifts!

Beautifully decorated wooden stalls offer handicrafts and gifts, festive baked treats, Glühwein (mulled wine), and various other drinks to keep you warm.

Besides German regional specialties by Zeitgeist you will find various other dishes to enjoy!

For the small and big kids, Santa will come by on the weekends!

  • Do children need a ticket?

    Children below 1.3m do not need a ticket.

  • Can I bring dogs into the event?

    Small or medium dogs with a leash are allowed. Big dogs need to wear a muzzle besides a leash.

  • Can I get a refund or change the date after I've booked the tickets?

    The tickets are non-refundable. Changes to ticket dates are permitted exclusively 24 hours before the event commences on the date corresponding to your ticket purchase.

  • How can I get an invoice?

    Please send the order number, invoice information, and email address to the event organizers at david@german.events. You will receive an electronic ticket after all the events finish.
