Job Description

Savor Multimedia agency is seeking a full-time Social Media Accounts Marketing Manager to join our team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience managing international brand social media accounts in China and possess excellent English and Chinese writing skills as an editor. The candidate must also have the capacity to use diverse websites and apps that improve writing and design, as well as the ability to do basic design.

Responsibilities

• Create a monthly posting campaign adapted to the different marketing materials and the different social media channels
• Do daily quality posting following a marketing strategy and the concept and identity of different brand accounts under your management
• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, increase followers, and grow brand awareness
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare monthly reports on the performance of different brands' accounts under your management
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
• Manage part-time designers and evaluate their work
• Find, choose, recruit, and manage influencers (KOC & KOL) monthly
• Understand every brand concept and identity and make daily posts on different social media platforms aligned with the identity and concept
• Engage with followers of brands under your management to answer their questions and act in customer service on behalf of the brands
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, PR, and creative to ensure consistency across all marketing efforts
• Develop and implement crisis management plans for social media accounts under your management
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential threats to brands under your management
• Manage social media cost budgets for brands under your management
• Work with external parties to create high-quality content for social media accounts under your management
