Located on Level 2 of The PuLi Hotel and Spa and overlooking Jing'an Park, PHÉNIX is in a period of transition, after chef Michael Wilson, who won the restaurant a Michelin star, left. On the menu expect creative and contemporary French fine dining. Daily happy hour from 5-7pm.
