    The Shanghai Astronomy Museum, also known as The Shanghai Planetarium, is located in the Lingang area Southeast of the City. Part of the ever-growing town that surrounds the mand-made Dishui Lake, the planetarium will be the world's largest astronomy museum when it opens. The celestial-inspired building will have an open terrace outside, for visitors to cross. Inside, there will be a central exhibition space, observations with telescopes, education and research centers, even an IMAX theater. Please note: The museum fills up every day and tickets need to be booked 7 days in advance through their WeChat channel. There are no tickets available at the door, search for their WeChat account to order tickets: 上海天文馆
