Kids up to the age of 10 are free to enter.

The tickets are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase. Changes to ticket dates are permitted exclusively 24 hours before the event commences on the date corresponding to your ticket purchase.

Can I bring dogs into the event?

Pets are not allowed in the venue according to the North Bund Park regulations. 

Is there parking nearby?

A paid parking lot is located at the Moho mall.

Can I bring dogs into the event?

Small or medium dogs with a leash are allowed. Big dogs need to wear a muzzle besides a leash.

How can I get an invoice?

Please send the order number, invoice information, and email address to the event organizers at 2250160047@qq.com. You will receive an electronic ticket after all the events finish.

What do the time slots on the booking page (e.g. 3-5pm) mean?

The designated time slots specify the period within which you can enter the market. Once inside, you are welcome to stay for as long as you desire.

For instance, the 3-5 pm time slot indicates that you should enter the market after 3pm but before 5pm. You are free to stay in the market after 5pm. This measure is in place to ensure crowd control and safety due to the large attendance at this market. We appreciate your understanding.
