Job Description

You don't need to be an IT expert to apply for this job. The role is non-technical, and your success will depend on your ability to build relationships, network, attend events and meetings, and develop marketing strategies through various channels like Chambers, Website Advertising, WeChat groups, LinkedIn communities, and other platforms.

You'll be working alongside our senior IT executives in Shanghai, and over time, you may even become an IT consultant yourself.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish connections and build effective relationships with industry players (such as those in interior design, consulting, real estate, etc.).
  • Attend business networks and events to expand our potential client database, including industry trade shows and networking events.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to constantly identify sales leads.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, develop businesses, and maintain client relationships.
  • Arrange meetings with key clients for potential business development.
  • Present our solutions and services to potential clients.
  • Act as a representative and ambassador for InnTech IT Solutions in the marketplace.
  • Create marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Natural-born seller with enthusiasm for networking events.
  • Basic Chinese language skills and strong Business English.
  • Customer-oriented and patient.
  • Previous event sales and business development experience in Shanghai is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and events.
  • Actively engages in networking with potential clients from various industries.
  • Outgoing and driven by sales targets.
  • Proactive and hands-on in client interactions and project execution.
  • Problem solver with quick, innovative thinking.
