Job Description

• Familiar with fabric and manufacturing related language, be able to understand customer needs, facilitate day-to-day communication related to inquiries and samples, oversee each production from closing orders, developing garment samples and solving technical challenges, to quality inspections, shipment, and billing
• Be able to lead a small team to support various clients’ orders, and work closely with other local teams to make sure orders are delivered in time
• Prepare oversea exhibitions and make travel plans when needed
• Prepare sales kits such as showcases, garment samples, videos, etc.
• Develop new clients when opportunities arise, liaise and build relationship with each client, be able to communicate efficiently on behalf of the company
• Build a strong knowledge base of the field, anything and everything relevant to the business, to map out competitive advantages and seize new opportunities when developing client

Requirements

• Highly Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Has over 5 years of experience working in business development
• Experience liaising domestic manufacturers with oversea clients is preferred
• Experience using ERP system and master in office software (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint)
• Excellent problem-solving attitude and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and self-motivated, but good team player
• Willing to learn and blend in the local business environment
• Fabric and garment background is preferred
